Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the Dalia's Story website and the purchase of personalized digital products.

1. The seller
The Dalia's Story service is operated by Dalia's Story, IDNO —, registered at —. Bank: —. Contact: the form on the Contact page.
2. The service
We create personalized digital products for children: an animated video, a PDF book and the Video + PDF bundle. Content is generated from the details you enter, using artificial-intelligence tools, and is automatically checked to be suitable for children.
3. Your account
You need an account to order. You must be at least 18, provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account. We may suspend accounts used abusively or fraudulently.
4. Ordering for a child
Orders may only be placed by a parent, legal guardian or someone with their permission. By entering a child's details you confirm you are entitled to provide them and consent to their processing solely to create the ordered story.
5. Prices, promo codes and payment
Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and are final at the time of payment. Promo codes apply under their own conditions (validity, number of uses) and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payment is made via MAIB / MIA (instant QR payments) and, once available, by bank card. The final amount is calculated by our system and confirmed before payment.
6. Delivery of digital content
Production starts once payment is confirmed. Usually the story is ready within minutes to a few hours; in exceptional cases within 3 working days. Files are available in “My stories” and you may be notified by e-mail. No physical goods are shipped.
7. Acceptable content
Do not enter names or texts that are offensive, violent, discriminatory, sexual or that infringe others' rights. Texts are checked automatically and we may refuse or cancel an order with unsuitable content (refunding any payment).
8. Intellectual property and licence
Stories, illustrations, music and design belong to Dalia's Story or its licensors. Classic tales are original retellings of public-domain works. We grant you a non-exclusive licence for personal, family and non-commercial use: viewing, keeping, sharing with family and printing for personal use (including at a print shop). Resale or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our products are personalized digital content made to your specifications. At checkout we ask for your express consent to start production immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once production has started. Your rights under the Refund policy remain.
10. Complaints
Write to us at the form on the Contact page or via the Contact page, quoting your order number. We reply within 14 calendar days. You may also contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
11. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the service working correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, to the extent permitted by law. We do not limit rights guaranteed to you by consumer-protection law.
12. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Moldova applies, including Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection and Law no. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its update date. Orders already paid remain subject to the version accepted at payment.
